Competition Rules

1. Record a video between 3 and 5 minutes on the topic "Viksit Bharat 2047".
2. Videos should not contain copyrighted background music.
3. Record in a peaceful environment with clear audio.
4. Group participation is allowed.
5. Only original content will be accepted.
6. Winners will be selected based on maximum YouTube views as on 20 August 2026 (11:59 PM).
7. Jury decision will be final.
8. Organizers reserve the right to reject inappropriate or plagiarized entries.
