- Your face should be visible and the video should not be edited heavily.
- Use only original video owned by you.

• Record a 2-minute video performing yoga asanas
• Submit your video through the official WhatsApp participation link
• Only original videos created by the participant will be accepted
• Videos containing inappropriate content will be disqualified
• Participants are encouraged to share their videos to maximize views
• Top 20 videos with the highest valid views will receive ₹500 each
• All eligible participants will receive a digital participation certificate
• Organizers reserve the right to modify rules if required
• The decision of the organizers shall be final
